If you are not completely satisfied with your MicroFibre Cloth purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. 2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

 

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the item you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
4.2 Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send the item back without an RA number.

4.3 Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

5. Refunds

5.1 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility conditions. If the item is approved, we will process your refund.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

6. Exchanges

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales.creativemotors@gmail.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
